At Suppion, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth purchasing experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for standard productssingle-use hygiene products, and custom/personalized orders, in full compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


1. Standard Products – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For non-custom and non-hygiene-sensitive products, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refund is issued after product inspection

2. Single-Use & Hygiene Products – No Returns After Opening

We sell single-use and hygiene-sensitive products, such as:

  • Disposable bed covers

  • Disposable towels

  • Medical-use textile supplies

  • Any product intended for one-time use and direct skin contact

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e), these items are not eligible for return once their packaging has been opened.

Therefore:

  • ✔ Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and sealed

  • ❌ Once the seal or packaging is opened, returns cannot be accepted for hygiene and health protection reasons

This rule applies even if the product has not been used but the packaging has been opened.


3. Personalized / Custom Products – Non-Returnable

If your order includes:

  • Custom text

  • Printed names

  • Customized designs

  • Tailor-made or made-to-order items

these products are exempt from the standard 14-day return right according to EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c).

Personalized items:

  • ❌ Cannot be returned

  • ❌ Cannot be refunded

  • ✔ Can only be replaced or refunded if defective or produced incorrectly

4. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items (All Products)

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrectly customized

  • Not matching the order

you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund, regardless of the product category.

Requirements:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos showing the defect or damage

  • We cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items


5. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened single-use or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Personalized products produced correctly

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Items returned after the allowed return period

  • Products missing original packaging (for standard items)


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Initial shipping fees are refunded only if the item was defective or incorrect
